Welcome To Sylvan Farm

Sylvan Farm is a well-established sport horse breeding farm located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest near Seattle, WA. Our mild climate, lush fields and abundant rain create an environment nearly identical to that of northern Germany and Holland. Our horses are able to spend the entire year outdoors in fields with large loafing sheds. This quiet, serene setting is perfect for raising strong, athletic and rideable sport horses.

We operate two facilities
Sylvan Farm is the breeding operation and North Star Farm is our training, sales & boarding facility. In addition to our own stallion, broodmares and offspring, Sylvan Farm offers a variety of services for mare and stallion owners. We are able to stand a limited number of outside stallions, collect and ship stallions, breed mares, lease broodmares and provide foaling services.

Reproduction Services
We are now offering stud and broodmare programs at a brand new reproduction center here at North Star Farm. In partnership with Dr. Mike Howell, we can provide a la carte or a full menu of services in a state-of-the-art facility — a clean controlled comfortable environment for the collection, fresh and frozen storing, shipping and management of equine sperm and artificial insemination.
